The Challenge

Price-conscious shoppers were bouncing from product pages without converting — they wanted cheaper options but had no easy way to discover alternatives within the store, leading to lost sales to competitors.

Our Solution

We built CheaperAd, a custom Shopware 6 plugin that dynamically displays cheaper alternative products on product detail pages based on category relationships. It shows savings percentages, includes a side-by-side comparison modal, and supports multi-language (DE/EN). The modular Twig template architecture ensures responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile with zero performance impact.
